What we collect

When you order we collect your name, email, shipping and billing address, phone number and the items you bought. Payment details go directly to Stripe; we never see your full card number. When you browse we collect cookieless performance and usage measurements.

How we use it

To fulfil and support your order, to send order emails, to prevent fraud, and, only if you opt in, to send marketing email.

Who we share it with

Service providers that run the site and fulfil orders: Vercel (hosting), Stripe (payments), Resend (email), Shippo (shipping labels), and, if you opt in, Klaviyo (marketing email). We do not sell personal information.

Advertising cookies and your choices

We only load advertising or analytics cookies after you accept them. You can change your choice at any time from the Cookies link in the footer, and we honor the Global Privacy Control signal. California residents can exercise their rights on our privacy choices page.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information by emailing support@example.com. We respond within 45 days and never require an account to opt out.

Children

The site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Retention

Order records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires; marketing data until you unsubscribe.
